MTU Returns Policy

This is our Return Policy on all shipped product. We may change our policy, but our current policy will be stated here. MTU reserves the right to change policy, prices and specifications without notice.

If you decide within 14 days from date of purchase that the MTU software you bought does not meet your needs, or you cannot use it, we will refund your purchase price less any shipping charges for CDROM media delivered. Do not file for a charge back with your credit card company. Contact us by submitting a Support Ticket to PAYMENTS, including your order number, that you want a refund, and that you have un-installed all copies in use, and permanently deleted all means to install or download the software, and that you have not given your Registration Codes or download links to anyone else who can still access or use it.

Refund Payment - A refund will be made within 10 business days, excluding holidays.

CD-Recorder Drive Repairs - If a CDR drive purchased from MTU fails, go to the Support Center and submit a Support Ticket and select SUPPORT. If it is determined that the product has failed it is covered under our Warranty Policy. We will give you an RMA number to return the product to us. Write the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping carton.
 

CD-Recorder Drive Refund - To receive a refund, you must contact MTU Support using a Support Ticket sent to SUPPORT, to get an RMA Number and return shipping address. Obtaining an RMA does not guarantee a refund will be issued. MTU will pay a refund for a returned CD-Recorder drive only if it is in like-new condition and operational.

Return Shipment - Insure the package against damage or loss, which is your responsibility. We suggest you send it by UPS or Federal Express so you have a tracking number.

20% Restocking Charge - On all CD-Recorder returns or shipments that are refused, a 20% restocking charge will be made. Freight and insurance costs are not refunded. If the product price changes between the product invoice date and the date the product is received at MTU, the lower price will be used to compute the refund value.

Refund Payment - Once the unopened CD-Recorder shipping box meeting the requirements above is received at MTU in like new condition, a refund will be made within 10 business days, excluding holidays. If the order was paid by credit card, MTU will issue a credit back to the same card. It is your responsibility to provide MTU with the credit card to charge in the event we no longer have access to the card number.
